APDMK uses a username and password system to authenticate it’s users. When you first register to travel, your personal profile (Username etc) will be created. This log in (Username) ID will allow you to access your personal information held at APDMK at any time.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To make the site easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
To deliver services that you request or purchase.
To help us create and publish content most relevant to you.
To notify you of any new services from APDMK.

Newsletter Subscription

As you know, from time to time we will email you with the latest news and updates to make sure you don’t lose out on any offers or changes.

When booking a transfer with us either via telephone, email or online booking we may ask you for your email address. This automatically opts you in for our newsletter subscription.

We do make it easy for you to opt out. You can click on the link clearly highlighted at the bottom of the page, in any newsletter to cancel the subscription or you can email us to do this for you.

Control of your Personal Information

When you register, or otherwise give us personal information, APDMK  will not share that information with third parties without your permission. It will only be used for the purposes stated above.

Airports Direct (MK) Ltd may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues related to a product or service you requested. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service you have chosen.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your Passport and password, therefore you should not share these with others.

APDMK also uses cookies in connection with the use of your Traveller Profile.

If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the Airports Direct (MK) Ltd you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not be able to subscribe to the service offerings on the site.

APDMK’s use of personal information supplied by you is governed by our privacy policy. APDMK fully respects your rights to privacy and utilises the following practices in regards to any information we are provided with. In order to provide service to you as a customer of APDMK we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, the booker and/or the passenger’s name, address, phone number and credit card details.
