We at Airports Direct (MK) accept payment by way of Cash/Cheque/Credit Cards. Please note, with all credit card transactions there is a clearing house-surcharge of 10%. We also have account facilities available.

For all airport collections we will require the flight number and arrival time/terminal in order for us to monitor the flight for any delays etc. We cannot however be held responsible for any misinformation supplied by either the client or our sources of flight information.

We will arrive at the pre-arranged meeting point 20 minutes after the flight has landed in order to give you time to collect your luggage etc. Should you be held up in baggage re-claim longer than 1hr we ask that you telephone us to make us aware of that fact so we can tell the driver. Any additional parking/waiting is chargeable to the client.

We will also require a mobile contact number (preferably of the person who is travelling although we understand that this is not always possible). An estimation of the amount of luggage is required on holiday bookings so we can supply the correct sized vehicle.

Should you wish to reserve a specific vehicle or specification please check availability at time of booking.

NOTE (in certain circumstances beyond our control the company reserves the right to supply an alternative vehicle of a similar specification ie. breakdowns etc).

Prices quoted are the price you pay (subject to any additional parking/waiting charges or deviations from the original booking etc). Should a client 'no show' the booking the client will be invoiced for the total amount of the fare. By confirming a booking with Airports Direct MK Ltd, either verbally or in writing, you are entering into a legally binding contract of a promise to pay whereby should the client fail to show then the full fair will be chargeable including any additional costs i.e. waiting and parking and any recovery costs incurred as per our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation will require a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to the arranged pick up time, should this not be the case, then the total price is chargeable to the client. Should a cancellation be made 12 hours before the arranged pick up time, then all pre-payments/deposits will be refunded subject to a 15% administration charge.
